patch 1.02 to 1.03

Hello,

I just bought the game. I installed the game and notice that an update was available (1.03). So I installed the patch. The patch installled well. When I try to start the game with the patch installed a message appeard saying to insert the proper cd. without the patch no problem. the people at Securom send me theirs advices about the situation. see below.
